# Your Vraelis account

Sign in, open Prompto and use your organization's Contour access.

[Sign in](https://vraelis.com/login) with your email and the code sent to it, or with a password you have already set. Use a provider button when it is offered. Local command-line lock and verify commands do not require an account.

## Vraelis Contour access

Contour requires membership in an organization. Enter the Credentials ID your organization gave you in the optional field. A password sign-in still needs an emailed verification code before the ID can unlock Contour. You can continue to Prompto without completing Contour unlock.

## Windows apps

Get the currently published installer from [Downloads](https://data.vraelis.com/downloads). The app opens your browser for sign-in and asks you to approve the displayed device code. Return to the app after approval. Contour asks for its Credentials ID separately. A cancelled sign-in does not authorize the app.

## Plans and your data

The account assistant is available on Standard and higher plans, or through an eligible active Contour organization. A personal plan does not grant Contour membership. Plan and billing availability is shown in your account; a visible tab does not mean purchases are open. You can keep using free local lock and verify checks.
